Shipping policy

Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location in South Africa.

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

We offer free returns, which means you do not need to pay for the courier collection or return shipping costs. Our team will arrange the courier pickup for you.

To request a return, please email us at info@jtcenterprises.co.za with your order number and reason for the return, and we will assist you with the process.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

• Items must be returned with original packaging if possible

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
